Responsibilities: - Interview Processing: Searching and Scheduling of Interviews - Documentation - Coordinating with Candidates - Liaising with the Internal HR team To start an internship at THF: - Interested candidates must submit a complete internship application, including a resume and a statement of interest. - The HR team will review all applications, conduct interviews or assessments, and evaluate the candidate's qualifications and suitability for the position. - Interns are expected to fulfill assigned duties and responsibilities related to their area of study or the purpose of their internship. - Interns must diligently perform their tasks, maintain regular attendance, and adhere to the organization's policies and professional standards. - Participation in team meetings, training sessions, and other organizational activities may be required. - Interns must meet any mandatory requirements of their institute before starting the internship.
