Customer Support Specialist

As the Trucking Operations Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to manage the daily movement of our trucks and ensure timely deliveries for our clients. You will play a crucial role in solving problems, coordinating with various teams, and keeping operations on track. While no prior experience in trucking is required, we will provide you with the necessary training to succeed in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and schedule truck routes for drivers based on delivery needs. - Coordinate with drivers, clients, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations. - Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers on delivery status. - Resolve issues such as delays, route changes, or driver concerns promptly. - Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and driver schedules. Requirements: - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Basic computer skills (proficiency in MS Office, email, or any logistics software is a plus). - Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset.
