Key Responsibilities: Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements. Maintain accurate financial records and data entry. Assist with monthly account reconciliation and reports. Support payroll processing and vendor payments. Communicate with suppliers and team members on payment issues. Requirements: Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, or any logistics software is a plus). Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset.
