Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist at Power Dental Studio in Noida. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing support to dentists and clinical technicians, answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer Support, Interpersonal Skills, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Fluent in English & excellenct communication skills
• Technical Support and Analytical Skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
• Experience in a dental or healthcare setting is a plus
• Degree in a related field such as Healthcare Administration or Customer Service is a plus
