Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to clients through phone calls, emails, or chats.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Meet performance targets for quality metrics such as first call resolution rate, average handling time, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and improve overall service delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-6 years of experience in International Voice Process (IVR) or similar roles.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to handle international voice processes effectively.
  • Proficiency in English language is essential; knowledge of other languages an added advantage.
