Job Summary:

The Mortgage Services Specialist is responsible for managing key processes across the mortgage lifecycle, including loan origination support, default management, REO asset management, sales coordination, and settlement activities. This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant execution of all mortgage-related transactions while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support

  loan origination

  activities, including document review, appraisal coordination, and fulfillment.
• Manage

  defaulted loans

  by handling valuations, administrative processing, short sales, and deed-in-lieu transactions.
• Coordinate

  REO asset management

  , ensuring timely property maintenance, marketing, and sale to maximize net proceeds.
• Facilitate

  REO sales

  through collaboration with brokers, buyers, and internal teams, leveraging both traditional and online bidding platforms.
• Oversee

  settlement services

  , including closing, escrow, and title documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain detailed records and reports for audit and compliance purposes.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve issues promptly and deliver seamless end-to-end service.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  
• 2–5 years of experience in mortgage operations, servicing, or real estate asset management.
  
• Strong understanding of mortgage processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and mortgage management software.
