Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  • Handle international voice process calls with a focus on providing timely resolutions and excellent service quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in International Voice Process (US Voice Process) or similar roles.
  • Strong English language proficiency for effective communication with customers.
