Process : US Telecom Voice

Location : Hinjewadi Phase 3 Pune

Shift : Rotational Shift / Rotational offs

Salary - 25k to 35k inhand

Transport : Both side cab

DOJ - Immediate (max 10 days notice period candidate can apply)

Eligibility :

Grad/ Ug with minimum 6th month of experience into international voice process

Need Excellent communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities :

handling inbound calls from global customers to resolve inquiries and complaints, providing accurate product and service information, maintaining detailed customer records, and meeting performance targets

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in other languages being a significant plus .

Ability to analyze issues, identify solutions, and resolve conflicts effectively.
