Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls efficiently

Provide accurate information and support to resolve customer queries

Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction at all times

Follow call quality standards and achieve performance KPIs

Update CRM tools and ensure proper documentation of each interaction

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and service delivery

Position Details:

Role: Customer Service – International Voice (Blended Process)

Experience: Minimum 6 months in an International Voice Process

Education: 12th Pass / Graduate

Work Days: 5 Days a Week (1 Rotational & Sunday Off)

Shift Window: Between 5:30 PM – 9:30 AM (Any 9-hour shift)

Location: Mumbai (Work from Office)
