Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support (English + South Indian Languages)

Location: Marathahalli & Hebbal, Bangalore

Job Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats.
Provide accurate information and support to customers in English and South Indian languages.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant department as required.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
Update and document customer interactions in the system.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English and at least one South Indian language.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
