Purpose of the Role
Provide prompt, high-quality resolutions to customer queries and personalize each interaction across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues across digital and voice channels.Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, risk, compliance) to ensure accurate and timely execution of transactions.Enhance the banks digital capabilities by identifying technology gaps.Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal policies.Take ownership of risk management and strengthen internal controls within your scope of work.ExpectationsExecute tasks as per defined processes while supporting related teams.Review and verify team members work for accuracy.Provide specialist advice and escalate complex issues when needed.Communicate sensitive information professionally to customers.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and customers.Desired SkillsExcellent written and verbal English communication.Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with banking/financial processes is a plus.
