Customer Support Representative

You will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Act as the first point of contact for candidates to address inquiries related to any issues in the process. - Respond to and resolve customer queries through phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally. - Track and follow up on issues concerning job submissions, profile marketing, documentation, and onboarding delays. - Collaborate with the internal Bench Sales and documentation teams to escalate and address candidates" concerns. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of queries, issues, resolutions, and follow-ups. - Ensure transparent communication with candidates at every stage of the bench sales process. - Proactively engage with consultants to ensure their satisfaction and identify any ongoing support requirements. - Develop and maintain support documentation and FAQs to minimize repetitive queries. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in customer support or operations, preferably in US IT staffing or bench sales. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. - Ability to stay composed and focus on solutions when under pressure. - Familiarity with various work authorizations such as H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and knowledge of the US recruitment process. - Comfortable working in US time zones (EST).,
