As a Customer Support Executive working in the Inbound Voice Process at our Bhubaneswar office, your main responsibilities will include: - Handling inbound/outbound customer calls effectively - Resolving customer queries and providing accurate information - Documenting customer interactions and escalating issues when necessary - Ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting team targets To be eligible for this role, you should: - Be a fresher or have at least 6+ months of experience in a BPO setting - Possess strong communication skills in English - Have a customer-oriented and problem-solving mindset - Be flexible with rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays It is important to note that shortlisted candidates must attend a WALK-IN interview in Bhubaneswar, and answering the initial interview call is mandatory for further consideration.
