Customer Support Representative

As a Customer Support Representative in the US IT Bench Sales Recruitment industry, your role involves being the first point of contact for candidates and resolving their inquiries efficiently. Qualifications required for this role are: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or related field. - 1-2 years of experience in customer support or operations, preferably in US IT staffing or bench sales. - Strong verbal and written English communication skills. - Ability to stay composed and solution-oriented under pressure. - Understanding of work authorizations like H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and the US recruitment process. - Willingness to work in US time zones (EST).
