Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative located in Goregaon, Mumbai. The Customer Support Representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as providing customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, troubleshooting issues, and communicating effectively with clients. They will be required to respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide support via various channels to help customers use and understand Volody's software effectively.

• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Prior experience in the software or technology industry is a plus
