Job Description

We are looking for customer support representative to manage customer query and complaints. You will also be asked to process order, modification, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. A calm polite, problem solving attitude is essential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.

2. Identify and access custome's needs to achieve satisfaction.

3. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solution and alternatives.

4. Maintain records of customer interaction, process customer accounts, and file documents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
