Customer Support Representative

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join the team of one of our leading clients for their support team. The role involves handling both chat and phone-based customer queries, ensuring timely resolution and excellent service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues related to products, services, or transactions.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in CRM tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution and escalation management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service delivery and communication.
• Adhere to process guidelines, SLAs, and performance metrics.Required Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate in any discipline (preferred: B.Com, BBA, BA, or equivalent).
• 13 years of experience in a chat or voice process (customer support or service desk).
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written in English and Hindi.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software, ticketing systems, and MS Office tools specially MS Excel.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.

Compensation

CTC: Up to 5 LPA (based on experience and skill set)
