Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software (e.g. Zoho).
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
  • Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proficiency in English language (written & spoken) with good knowledge of Hindi language.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.
  • 0-3 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment handling international voice process.
