Role & responsibilities The candidate will have the following Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Develop test plans/test cases/scenarios & execute them. Test all aspects of the Product like function/system/regression etc. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Identify, track, and document bugs, working closely with developers to resolve issues. Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Analyze test results and provide clear feedback on product quality and performance. Preferred candidate profile Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices. Experience with testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, Postman) and scripting languages. Familiarity with Agile development processes. Analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving. Experience in Functional, Regression Testing. Strong focus in automated testing with a strong understanding of tools, techniques, and processes Possess Manual Testing Experience.

Minimum 5 years of experience in project management in the software/IT industry. Proven experience managing multiple agile software development projects. Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project). Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
