Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver software projects on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, designers, and business stakeholders.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
• Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and change requests.
• Use Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage team workflows and sprints.
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders clearly and regularly.
• Ensure quality standards and best practices are maintained throughout the development lifecycle.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management in the software/IT industry.
• Proven experience managing multiple agile software development projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
