Job Description

Role & responsibilities

As a Support Executive, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer support and ensure customer satisfaction

You will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing resolutions in a timely and professional manner
Your role is crucial in maintaining positive customer relationships and promoting the company products or services
Facilitate regular meetings to review and adjust support plans as needed.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team when required.
Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical problems.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
Keep records of customer interactions.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customer accounts through effective communication.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent English communication skill is required.
Under Graduate/ Graduate / Post Graduate all are required .
Freshers & experienced both are eligible.
Salary will depend on communication skills and previous experience.
Immediate joiners are required.
