Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Representative (Chat) located in Gurugram.

Key responsibilities include responding to client questions about our video editing services, handling order-related queries, coordinating basic project details, resolving client issues, and maintaining smooth communication between clients and the internal team. The role requires a calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach to ensure a positive client experience throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Client Satisfaction

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to troubleshoot client issues and handle objections professionally

• Good attention to detail, time-management skills, and ability to work under pressure

• Familiarity with chat support tools, CRM systems, and online platforms is a plus

• Experience in creative agencies, media companies, or service-based businesses is preferred but not mandatory

• Basic understanding of digital services or video editing workflows is a plus

Salary

• 20,000–27,000 INR per month (depending on experience)
