Customer Support & Operations Intern

🔑 Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries across WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and calls
• Manage daily orders and coordinate with packaging & logistics team
• Update order sheets and maintain reports
• Track deliveries, returns, and exchange requests
• Ensure smooth communication between customers & operations

🛠 Skills Required

• Basic Computer Knowledge

  (Excel / Sheets preferred)

• Good English Communication

  (written and verbal)

• Order Management/Coordination skills

• Team player with a problem-solving attitude
• Willing to learn and grow

📍 Work Mode

• Office Job Only — No Work From Home

• Location:

  Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh

⏳ Working Hours

• 6 days a week
• 10 AM – 7 PM (timings may vary slightly during peak order days)
