Job Description

You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls for international customers in the International Voice Process role. Your primary duties will include resolving customer queries, providing appropriate solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Additionally, you will be expected to update customer records accurately in the system and meet performance metrics such as Quality and Call Handling Time. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent verbal communication skills in English and have a strong willingness to work in night shifts or rotational shifts. Problem-solving abilities and effective customer handling skills are essential for success in this position. Immediate joiners are preferred for this role. As a Customer Support Officer in the International Voice Process, you will have the opportunity to earn attractive incentives and performance bonuses.
