As a chat support executive, you will be responsible for assisting international customers via live chat and email, resolving their queries, and ensuring excellent service delivery.
Handle customer queries and complaints through live chat and emails.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during interactions.
Ensure customer satisfaction and adhere to process guidelines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
