● Troubleshoot merchant problems, identifies the request and solve online like G meet etc

● Provide merchant support by call or email

● Excellent merchant service skills that build high levels of merchant satisfaction

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

● Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
