Customer Support Manager

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outbound call center management, team leadership, and performance optimization, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the outbound customer support team to meet and exceed KPIs including call volume, lead conversion, customer engagement, and sales targets.
• Plan, execute, and monitor outbound calling campaigns in alignment with business goals.
• Monitor real-time metrics and dashboards to ensure consistent achievement of performance benchmarks.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development to team members to enhance productivity and service quality.
• Ensure all scripts, calling practices, and customer interactions are compliant with organizational policies and industry standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing and sales to refine lead lists, outreach strategies, and campaign goals.
• Conduct performance reviews, quality audits, and share progress reports with senior management.
• Analyze outbound campaign data to identify performance trends, gaps, and areas of improvement, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in managing outbound calling teams or customer support operations.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide team members toward targets.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
