You will be working as a Business Development Executive in the US Shift from 7:30 p.m to 4:30 a.m IST, playing a crucial role in the Customer Service department. Your main focus will be on delivering exceptional service to customers in the US through phone, email, and chat platforms. This includes handling inquiries and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to exceeding customer expectations. - Efficiently manage a high volume of inbound customer communications (calls, emails, chats) by providing accurate information on products, services, pricing, and promotions. - Resolve customer issues professionally, aiming for first-call resolution and proactively identifying and fulfilling customer needs by recommending suitable products or services. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system, contribute to a supportive team environment, stay updated on product knowledge and industry best practices, and actively engage in process improvement initiatives. - High school diploma or equivalent. - Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in sales. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong problem-solving capabilities. - Proficiency in using computers and CRM software. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with effective multitasking and prioritization skills. - Collaborative team spirit and a strong work ethic. - Commitment to exceeding expectations. Please note that this position strictly requires working in the night shift.
