Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our customers receive outstanding support and assistance, addressing their queries and concerns through various communication channels including email, live chat, and phone calls.

Responsibilities:

Provide timely and professional customer support via email, live chat, and phone calls.

Assist customers in troubleshooting issues related to Damson Technologies' products, including smartwatches, Bluetooth speakers, earbuds, and mobile accessories.

Guide customers through step-by-step solutions, ensuring a positive and satisfactory resolution to their concerns.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly.

Stay informed about the latest product features, updates, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

Identify patterns in customer inquiries and contribute to the improvement of product documentation and knowledge base.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in the electronics or consumer technology industry.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.

Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Empathy and patience in dealing with customer issues.
