Customer Support Executive (Voice)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive customer support over the phone, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Effectively communicate with international customers, maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor.
  • Adhere to company guidelines and procedures for customer interaction and issue resolution.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve overall service delivery.

Skills Requirement:

  • Good verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to understand and respond to customer needs effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing excellent service.
  • For experienced candidates, a minimum of 1 year of international voice experience is required.
