Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with customers from the US market
Understand customer concerns and provide timely and effective solutions
Provide accurate and clear information related to products and services
Maintain a professional, polite, and empathetic approach during customer interactions
Accurately record call details and customer information in internal systems
Meet performance benchmarks related to quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
Coordinate with internal support teams to ensure quick and effective issue resolution
1 to 10 years of experience in international BPO, voice process, or customer service
Excellent spoken English with strong communication skills
Willingness to work night shifts as per US business hours
Good interpersonal skills with a strong problem-solving mindset
Basic computer knowledge with typing proficiency
