Customer Support Intern -Social Media & E-Commerce

Office Location: Sugar.Fit, 17/N, 18th Cross Road, near Helloo Delhi, Sector 3, HSRLayout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102

Duration: 3 Months InternshipStipend:15,000 per month

Responsibilities:1. Handle customer queries on social media (FB, Instagram) & e-commerce(Amazon, Flipkart)2. Respond to messages, reviews & comments promptly3. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues4. Share customer feedback for process improvements
