Customer Support Intern

You will be joining ANS Commerce, a Flipkart Group Entity, as a CS Intern based in Gurgaon. As a CS Intern, you will be responsible for responding to customer queries promptly and accurately through various communication channels such as phone, email, or chat. Your role will involve identifying customer needs, assisting them in using specific features, and analyzing and reporting product malfunctions by testing different scenarios or impersonating users. Your duties will also include updating internal databases with technical issue information, monitoring customer complaints on social media, and providing necessary assistance. Additionally, you will be required to share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members, inform customers about new features, and follow up to ensure that technical issues are resolved satisfactorily. Gathering customer feedback and sharing it with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives. The necessary skills for this role include good communication skills, being street smart, having analytical skills, and proficiency in documentation. This internship is a Day shift, morning shift opportunity, requiring a total of 1 year of work experience. The work location is in person at the Gurgaon office.
