Role & responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling customer inquires and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Ability to process customers orders and payments accurately and in a timely fashion.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Evaluating the quality of all services and identifying areas that needs improvement.
  • Ability to understand customer problems and advocate for them with internal team and offer solution to their needs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-ups.
  • Stay updated on product updates and trends

Preferred candidate profile

  • 0 - 1 Year of experiences in Customer support or Engineering graduates with excellent communication and MS Excel knowledge is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge on Electronics.
  • Advanced Knowledge in MS Excel, Word and power point.
  • Problem solving skills
