Customer Support

CTC : Up to ?25,000 per month

Union Living is looking for a Customer Support Executive who can deliver a smooth and seamless experience for our residents. If you enjoy solving queries, keeping operations organized, and being the bridge between residents and internal teams, this role is a great fit.

As part of a fast-paced startup in the hospitality and coliving sector, you will play a key role in ensuring resident satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to resident queries through calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Provide timely resolutions by coordinating with operations, community, and maintenance teams
• Maintain and update daily/weekly tracking sheets (complaints, escalations, resolutions, occupancy, etc.)
• Ensure the resident experience is smooth from move-in to move-out
• Follow up on pending tasks, escalate urgent issues, and close loops efficiently
• Support the central operations team with documentation, ticketing, and reporting
• Maintain communication logs and update internal trackers for clarity and transparency

Requirements

• 01 year of experience in customer support, operations, hospitality, or similar fields
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong coordination and follow-up ability
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (filters, basic formulas; Vlookup is a bonus)
• A customer-first mindset with patience and problem-solving ability
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment
• Freshers with strong communication skills and eagerness to learn are welcome
