Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to clients through phone calls
  • Handle customer queries related to products/services offered by Accenture.
  • Resolve issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints.
  • Meet performance targets set by the organization for quality, productivity, and sales metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-5 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment (International Voice Process).
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to handle international customers effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts including night shifts (if required).
  • Graduation from any stream with good English language proficiency.
