1. Position Overview

We are hiring for a Fresher-Friendly role to handle customer service interactions for a prestigious project. The role involves assisting customers through both voice calls and written communication, requiring excellent command of the English language. 2. Key Responsibilities

· Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via voice calls and written channels (email/chat).

· Provide timely, accurate, and professional assistance to customers.

· Understand customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions.

· Adhere to company and client-specified processes and quality standards.

· Maintain and update customer records in the system.

Qualification

Minimum Graduation is Mandatory. (Any stream)

Experience

Freshers can apply. Candidates with up to 6 months of BPO experience may also be considered.

Language Skills

Excellent English Communication is non-negotiable. Must be fluent in both spoken and written English.

Assessments

Candidates must clear the Voice Versant and Written Versant tests.

Location

Must be willing and able to work from the Airoli, Navi Mumbai office.

5. Training & Schedule

· Training Period: 15-20 Days of mandatory classroom training.

· Shifts:

o Female Candidates: Between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

o Male Candidates: Between 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM

· Work Week: 5 days working with 2 rotational week-offs.
