Job Description

A Customer Service Representative is the primary point of contact for customers, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to Customer Inquiries: Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints via phone, email, or chat.
Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot problems, provide solutions, and escalate complex issues when necessary.Provide Product/Service Information: Offer detailed information about products or services, helping customers make informed decisions.Process Orders and Returns: Handle customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.Maintain Customer Records: Update customer information, tracking interactions and feedback.Collaborate with Teams: Work with internal teams, such as sales and technical support, to resolve customer issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
