Customer Support - Fresher

As a Client Success Associate at VMax, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our valued clients. Working full-time at our Coimbatore office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, managing escalations, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Your strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills will be essential as you collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs effectively. Your primary responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong client relationships, prioritizing client satisfaction, handling and resolving escalated issues promptly, identifying areas for service improvement, and ensuring adherence to service level agreements. Your ability to work closely with internal teams and report on client satisfaction metrics will be key to your success in this role. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that you will be responsible for monitoring and improving include client satisfaction rates, escalation resolution times, client retention rates, SLA compliance, internal collaboration metrics, and contributing to revenue growth by enhancing client engagement and satisfaction. To excel in this role, you should possess a bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (optional), excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in MS Office and client relationship management tools.
