Job Title: Customer Support Associate Location: Hyderabad Languages Required: Malayalam (Fluent) Industry: Pharmaceuticals / Healthcare Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive who will be responsible for daily communication with chemists. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Malayalam, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be capable of building strong relationships with clients in the pharmaceutical industry. Key Responsibilities: Interact with chemists daily to provide support, gather feedback, and address queries. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Explain product details, offers, and promotions clearly in Tamil/Malayalam. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. Maintain accurate records of conversations and share daily updates with the team. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues quickly. Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, or complaints as needed. Ensure client satisfaction and retention through consistent service quality. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer support or tele sales role (pharma background preferred). Fluent in Tamil and Malayalam (verbal communication is a must). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle client objections and resolve issues tactfully. Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools is a plus. High level of patience and empathy when dealing with clients. Ready to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline. Prior experience in healthcare/pharmaceuticals domain is an advantage.
