Education: Any Graduate or Post Graduate
Experience: Minimum 1 years in International Customer Support (voice process)

Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide expert Customer support to international customers via voice calls
Troubleshoot and resolve product or service-related issues
Understand customer requirements and provide effective solutions
Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs for customer support resolution
Maintain in-depth knowledge of products/services and stay up to date on technical development.
Document all customer interactions and issues in CRM systems accurately
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless resolution of complex issues
Uphold high standards of professionalism, communication, and customers
