Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and timely solutions to customers' issues related to products/services offered by the company.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers, ensuring excellent communication skills.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their queries and concerns.
  • Meet performance targets set by the organization for quality metrics such as first call resolution rate, average handling time, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-1 year of experience in BPO customer service or similar industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language.
  • Ability to work on international voice process/inbound voice process/telecalling/customer support roles.

NOTE : This role requires candidates who are willing to work in night shifts and only immediate joiners will be considered.
