Key Responsibilities: Handle Daily DMs & Comments: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, product queries, and complaints via Instagram Direct Messages and comments. Product Assistance: Guide customers with product details, sizing, availability, styling suggestions, and order assistance. Order Tracking Support: Provide updates and assistance on order statuses, shipping details, and delivery timelines. Escalate Complex Issues: Forward critical complaints or unresolved issues to the concerned team (logistics, design, etc.) for quick resolutions. Support during Launches/Sales: Handle high-volume queries during new launches, sales, or collaborations efficiently.
