Job Description

As a Customer Support Executive at our company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to ensure utmost satisfaction. Your main responsibilities will include: - Responding to calls, chats, emails, and messages, as well as assigned tickets from users within agreed time limits. - Handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within specified time limits, and following up until resolution is achieved. - Liaising promptly to provide product/services information and efficiently resolve any emerging customer problems. - Building and maintaining sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication. - Maintaining records of all transactions and interactions with customers. - Demonstrating excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support. - Escalating unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams and ensuring proper logging of all issues. - Upholding excellent service standards and ensuring high customer satisfaction. - Preparing product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Additionally, the company prefers candidates with experience in GPS. Required Qualifications: - 1-3 years of experience in a customer support role. - Graduation in any relevant field. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills: - Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written). - Good documentation skills. - Strong customer handling skills with patience. - Ability to handle unforeseen situations. - Quick adaptability and ability to work under pressure. Candidates fluent in Hindi and available for immediate joining or with less than a 30-day notice period will be preferred.
