Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  • Handle domestic voice process transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with customers using fluent English language skills (spoken & written).
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers.
  • Meet performance targets set by the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-2 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English Language (both spoken & written).
  • Proficiency in Domestic Voice Process processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to handle complex customer issues.
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts.
