About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused International Voice Process Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this vital role, you will be the primary point of contact for our international clients, providing exceptional support over the phone. We are looking for a professional who has prior experience handling calls for an international clientele and is committed to delivering a positive customer experience with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from international customers in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints effectively and efficiently.

  • Provide accurate information about our products and services.

  • Document all customer interactions and details of inquiries and resolutions in our CRM system.

  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to escalate complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on company policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Undergraduate or graduate

  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a customer service role, with a focus on handling calls from international customers.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional speaking voice.

  • Exceptional listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

  • Proficiency with computers and a working knowledge of CRM software is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual salary: Up to 4.5 Lakhs Per Annum (LPA).
