Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound customer calls related to ecommerce.
  • Respond customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information, resolve issues and escalate complex cases when required

Job Details:

  • 6days working and 1 day rotational off
  • Day Shifts only
  • 9 hours Shifts

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduation Mandate

  • Excellent English communication skill (written & Verbal)

  • Minimum 1year documented experience mandate in a BPO Voice process

  • Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:

  • CTC 26,000/per month
