Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries through various channels such as email, chat, and voice calls.
  • Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customers' issues.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints.
  • Meet performance targets for quality, productivity, and sales metrics.

  • 0-3 years of experience in BPO or call center environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken).
  • Ability to work on multiple processes including blended process, chat process, email process, international process.
