Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support to clients through phone
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and experience
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to customers

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO Voice process

Good Communication in English and Tamil

10+2+Any degree or 3 yrs Diploma (15 years of education)
