🔹 Job Title: Customer Support Experts – International & Domestic Only Apply If You Are Fluent In English 📍 Location: Sector 142, Noida, Near Noida Sec- 142 Metro Station 📅 Work Schedule: 5 Days/Week | Rotational Shifts 24/7 | Rotational Week Offs 🛺 Night Shift Cab: Available between 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM 💰 Compensation: • International Desk: Upto ₹4.2 LPA • Domestic Desk: Upto ₹3.2 LPA 🎓 Qualification: • Graduation is must 📝 Job Responsibilities: • Provide voice-based customer support for travel-related queries • Assist with bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds • Ensure timely and accurate resolution while maintaining quality standards • Collaborate with leads, SMEs, and support teams to meet KPIs • Maintain compliance and uphold confidentiality International Desk: • Experience: Minimum 1 Year in International BPO – Customer Service (Travel Process only) • Versant Score: C1 Domestic Desk: • Experience: Minimum 1 year of BPO – Customer Service (Travel / E-Commerce preferred) • Versant Score: B2 Note: Candidate should stay within 30KM radius from Noida sector 142 office Only Apply If You Are Fluent In English
